1. To set up a new DS Logon user account, click on the Need An Account? button
from the main DS Logon web page.
2. Follow the DS Logon
Registration Procedures to make the appropriate selections in order to create a
new User Account
3. You will receive an email at
the email address you provided, confirming your account has been set up and the
follow-up instructions.

In order to set up an account you will need a working email address.

Must be registered with Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) or have a Common Access Card.
If you have already created a DS Logon account and you know your Username and Password or with your CAC credentials, you may login to the application directly from the main ACTS Online page. (see Getting Started with ACTS Online).
