Getting Started with ACTS Online

Using the ACTS Online system does not require you to download any special software to complete an online application. It does, however, require that you have a version of Internet Browser that meets the Browser Requirements to use the system. (see Browser Requirements).

In order to login to the system, you must have active or create a new DS Logon user account (see User Account).

DS Logon

1. Select the DS Logon button on the main ACTS Online web page

2. Enter your DS Logon Credentials and select the Login button.

3. Make the appropriate selections in the follow up page displayed in order to access the ACTS Online system

ACTS Online Returning User

If you are an existing or returning user, you will be forwarded to your ACTS Online Account home page display directly

ACTS Online New User

If you are trying to access ACTS Online for the first time, a Create an Account page should be displayed. To create a new account for ACTS Online:

1. Enter the details for all the required fields

2. Select Create my Account to confirm and be forwarded to the ACTS Online Account home page
