I cannot print my signature page.
In order to print the signature page, your computer must have the Adobe Reader program.
If you do not have the Adobe Reader program on your computer, you can download it
for free from www.adobe.com.
After you have downloaded the free Adobe Reader program, log in to the ACTS Online
program, click on ‘Application Search, click on the ‘Search’ button, click on the
‘Signature Page’ next to the application you submitted. You must have submitted
your application for the ‘Signature Page’ to appear. Your signature page will be
opened in Adobe Reader and you may print using the ‘Print’ icon on the tool bar
or from the ‘File’ dropdown menu.
If you have difficulty printing the signature page, we can accept a signed letter
from you in place of a signature page. Recommend your letter text be as follows:
“I am sending this letter in lieu of an ACTS Online signature page. I was not able
to print the signature page. My social security number is ____________. Attached
to this letter is my evidence in support of my application, as follows: (list attached
evidence.)”
Print your name, sign your name, date your letter, and attach copies of your supporting
documents to the letter.
