ACTS Online - ARBA Case Tracking System Online - Link back to Login Page
I am having a technical problem using ACTS Online.
Please review the computer requirements for using ACTS Online on the ACTS Online Home page.

You must use a Windows based computer. This program does not support Mac and Web TV systems.

You must use Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 35.0 or higher web browsers. You can download these programs free from the ACTS Online home page.

You must have Javascript enabled on your browser to use the system! The ACTS Online home page tells you how to do this. Most current computers have Javascript already enabled.

You must have Adobe Reader in order to view and print your signature page. You can download Adobe Reader free from the ACTS Online home page.

Your computer must have a printer attached as you will be required to print a signature page at the end of your online application submission and mail it along with your supporting documents and evidence.

You must ensure that your SPAM filter, Junk mail filter, and Firewall will accept email from usarmy.pentagon.hqda-arba.mbx.acts@mail.mil as ACTS Online will send automatic emails to that address to confirm receipt of your signature page and documents, new passwords when you forget or change your password, and confirmation of your ACTS Online account.
